Osmo UK, the eco-friendly wood and finishes expert, is delighted to announce that it will be exhibiting at the Surface Design Show 2017. Held at the Business Design Centre in London, visitors to stand 128 on the mezzanine level will have the chance to see Osmo wooden flooring and high quality wood finishes.

Taking place over three days from Tuesday 7th to Thursday 9th February 2017, the Surface Design Show is the ideal event for architects and designers alike. Visitors to the Business Design Centre in Islington will be greeted by over 130 exhibitors who will be showcasing the latest trends and materials in the building industry.

With wood flooring one of the most sought after show products in 2016, and looking to build on the success of 2016, Osmo returns to the Surface Design Show to exhibit its Esco wood flooring range, as well as its renowned wood finishing product, Polyx-Oil. Esco offers bespoke European oak wood flooring, which is pre-finished with Osmo Polyx-Oil. Visitors will be able to view the collection, which features nine standard ranges offered in both solid and engineered options, as well as having the flexibility to offer unique colours or surface finishes.

Requiring no additional coating or finish, Osmo’s Esco flooring is favoured by architects and interior designers and has already been specified on some of the most prestigious projects currently under construction, providing the ideal solution for anyone looking for a stand-out wood floor at a competitive price.

As one of Osmo UK’s leading products, Polyx-Oil is a premium wood finish that guarantees to keep wooden surfaces in top condition. Unlike ordinary finishes, Osmo Polyx-Oil’s natural components penetrate deeply into the wood to create a micro-porous finish. This allows the wood to breathe, moisture to evaporate and ensures a flawless finish for years to come. Quality assured, Osmo Polyx-Oil guarantees hard-wearing protection, as well as offering resistance to stubborn stains such as coffee, red wine and cola.

Steve Grimwood, managing director, Osmo UK, comments: “The Surface Design Show is one of the leading shows in the UK where architects and designers can truly experience what Osmo has to offer. Osmo prides itself in producing eco-friendly finishes that are suitable for use on any wooden surface, from flooring to work-surfaces, window sills and door frames. We look forward to forging new and lasting relations with all visitors to our stand.”

As well as showcasing Osmo’s Esco and Polyx-Oil range, Craig Pawson, commercial director, and Paul Thompson, regional sales manager, will be on hand throughout the show to offer advice, answer any questions and help discuss which products are best suited to customers’ latest projects.

Established over 25 years ago, Osmo UK is one of the leading suppliers offering a natural and environmentally friendly alternative to wood finishing.
