In response to ongoing growth and investment, PWS Worksurfaces has announced two key management appointments in manufacturing – Jeremy Redshaw has been promoted to head of manufacturing, with Michael Catmull stepping up to worksurfaces’ manufacturing manager.

Jeremy takes up his new role following 10 years as manufacturing manager of the worksurfaces’ factory, where he was instrumental in the initial commissioning of the plant and key to building the business, from developing the technical expertise and manufacturing capabilities through to enhancing the product portfolio . Jeremy will have overall responsibility for all manufacturing at PWS, extending to the company’s recently acquired paint-to-order facility, where he will manage all aspects of production for the furniture-painting division.

Michael joined PWS in 2009, from Roman Ltd, where as technical engineer he gained valuable CNC programming, mould tool design and machine maintenance experience as well as achieving an HNC in Manufacturing Engineering.  In his 8 years with PWS, Michael has shown his potential, progressing from production programmer, to team leader and more recently process improvement manager before taking up the helm of worksurfaces’ manufacturing manager

Comments Kevin Gay, Operations Director at PWS, “Jeremy and Michael have proven management expertise and have contributed greatly to the significant investment, development and success of our worksurfaces’ division. Their appointments will further strengthen the management team at PWS and with their extensive experience and knowledge they are both perfectly placed to support the realization of our ambitious plans for further growth.”
