PWS Worksurfaces’ factory has hit an incredible milestone, producing its 100,000th customer order since its state-of-the art £10m manufacturing facility opened in 2007.

The 100,000th order was for Tracey Murphy of Lewis & Hobbs, Harrogate, who has been a customer of PWS Worksurfaces since production started.

Tracey, who visited PWS to see her landmark order being produced, comments: “I am privileged to see my order come through production and witness this milestone for PWS Worksurfaces. PWS’ professional approach and effortless ordering process, backed with competitive pricing, is second to none.”

Andrew Elenor, managing director at PWS, says: “I am extremely proud to see the 100,000th worktop being produced by the PWS factory. Through innovation in templating and production technology, we supply products to the most exacting standards.”

The PWS worksurface portfolio is supported with a full template and fit service. Nineteen teams operate across the country on a lead time of five working days from template to fit.

Each stage of the production process is fully computer-controlled by some of the most advanced technology available, from the initial inspection of raw material through to final polishing, ensuring precision manufacturing to exacting standards.
