Following many months of planning, a complete rebrand and significant investment, Isaac Lord is opening its newly-extended and refurbished trade counter in High Wycombe this July. It is also relaunching an upgraded website this summer as well as strengthening the sales team with the appointment of Ashley King.

For over a century Isaac Lord has specialised in supplying the trade with everything but the wood. Its extensive range includes drawer runners and hinges, handles and knobs, tools and fixings, abrasives and finishing products plus an enormous range of related hardware. From July the entire range of over 15,000 stocked products will be concentrated on one site with plenty of free customer parking.

Perhaps Isaac Lord’s two greatest assets are its knowledge and suppliers. At a time when much of the industry is substituting quality products with cheaper alternatives, Isaac Lord remains true to its heritage and continues to stock premium, best in class products from leading suppliers such as Blum, Festool, Mirka, Reisser and Lamello  – a philosophy that has been much to the delight of its substantial customer base of quality tradespeople.

In keeping with the needs of today’s busy schedules, Isaac Lord has focused on its service for the customer, ensuring that purchasing is easy and fair. Prices are transparent and competitive with volume discounts and trade pricing available to ensure that customers do not need to negotiate each time they place an order. Whether the purchase is made online, in store, over the phone or via one of its reps, the trade prices available will always be the same.

Customer experience is at the forefront of everything that Isaac Lord does and it is important to the company that its customers receive the best advice and service, regardless of how they get in touch. It is Isaac Lord’s knowledgeable staff, strong  partnerships with leading suppliers and extensive product range that allows the High Wycombe business to continue providing the high level service that ensures it remains a leading supplier in the KBB, furniture and joinery industry.
