Mirka UK will be focusing on innovation, versatility, ergonomics and the provision of a dust-free work environment at KBB, where it will be presenting a selection of abrasive and tools on its stand T75, spearheaded by the new Mirka DEOS Delta. The products on display have been designed and developed from the ground-up to offer increased productivity, efficiency and a consistent superior finish, which, in turn, enable businesses to control costs, look after the health of their workforce and ensure a high-quality end product.

The Mirka DEOS Delta’s low-profile design ensures increased control of the sanding process, even during long periods of use. In addition, it also incorporates a powerful brushless motor and 3mm orbit for more effective removal of stock. Additionally, when the DEOS Delta is combined with Mirka’s net abrasives and a dust extraction unit, it provides a consistent scratch pattern and a dust-free work environment to work in.

Additional Mirka tools available will include the Mirka DEROS, built to deliver a rapid, efficient, consistently powerful performance even under a heavy load;  the Mirka DEOS, which is the only electric orbital sander on the market that has been optimised for net abrasives by incorporating more than 45 holes in the pad; and the Mirka AOS-B and AROS-B, which are the first small, brushless, cordless sanders that have both orbital and random orbital movements.

Also on show will be a comprehensive range of abrasives spearhead by Iridium, a robust abrasive that employs a precision coating that enables it to cut faster and more efficiently while repelling the dust produced and Abranet Ace,  a premium net abrasive that has been developed to increase production and speed for tougher, more demanding sanding applications in a variety of industrial sectors, while reducing costs.

Chris Brook, business sector manager – Wood of Mirka UK, says, “After the positive response to our product portfolio from visitors at the last KBB show, we are delighted to be back this year. As a business, we are passionate about ensuring our customers have the correct tools and abrasives to meet their constantly evolving work needs. The way we achieve this is simple, it is down to the relationship we have with the end users that allows us to gain insights – no matter how large or small - that will enable us to ensure we can provide them with the right product for the job at hand, so they can complete it with ease, while also having the ability to expand their offering.”
