SalvaPush 2000

“A really positive climate” – that’s what Christian Salvador, founder of Salvamac Group, is expecting for 2022. “What’s our mood as we approach the next year? Definitely calm and positive!

“In the final weeks of this year, we have a special feeling. The typical anxiety on the eve of a new year has disappeared; the question of whether the upcoming year would be a success for us in the UK, whether our products would be appreciated by customers and dealers ... With some exaggeration, I can say we have the opposite worry, namely that 2022 is so successful that we’ll have too many orders!

“Business is going great for us, especially in the UK. At Salvamac, the fruits of our labour during the crisis years are bearing fruit, and our production capacity has now reached saturation. Of course, we have adopted measures and tools so that we can do more and don’t miss any opportunity!”, says Christian, laughing.

“All exaggeration apart, we are approaching 2022 with great peace of mind. It is going to be a great year, because companies want and need to invest in our range of products that are necessary to reach a higher level of efficiency.

“With this in mind, Salvamac has grown exponentially over the year and has been grouped into three divisions – Cross-cutting, which specialises in the cutting and optimisation of wood; the Air&Painting division, representing the reference point for air suction and filtration systems and wood varnishing, and finally the brand new Salvamac Selection – an innovative evolution from the Salvamac project.

“We have significantly enlarged our range of products, added new innovations to the existing ones, expanded our structures and, going against the tide, greatly increased our investments for the future!,” says Christian.

In 2021, this path was enriched and completed with a new version of the innovative optimising saw, SalvaPush 2000. “Optimising wood cutting for the needs of individual customer is part of our DNA,” continues Ziemowit Dolkowksi, partner at Salvamac, “and this is just the beginning. We have created a very flexible and cutting-edge technical solution for improving single boards with defects and qualities or even packs of boards, using the most advanced technologies at a reasonable price.”

Leader 60 briquetting press

SalvaPush 2000 comes with a brand new, easy to use software version featuring website graphics and all the convenience of data setting of a large touchscreen – all electronic components being connected in digital communication.

Moreover, there are new exclusive mechanical solutions both for the cutting and the pusher systems that become part of the complete digital management of the machine communication systems, not only within their electronic components, but, above all, towards external IT systems.

Therefore, the new ‘Salvamac Group’ project has led to the birth of the third division – the Salvamac Selection, which is a selection of different products with the same culture and philosophy that distinguish Salvamac itself.

It is a real novelty that the creators, Christian and Ziemowit, define as a revolutionary approach to the market. “Unlike others, we have always believed in the importance of union and aggregation and we think that today there is an opportunity for a changing development with strong and positive effects even in the immediate future!”, they comment.

Classic 60 with SalvaStop and dust extraction

“Our network and its strength have allowed us to introduce new products focused on the solid wood industry every month.”

The new machine presented in 2021 was the briquetting press, Leader 60. Years of experience allowed the company to develop its ‘Leader’ briquetting presses for the recycling and compression of wood and industrial waste.

“Thanks to their design, construction and features, our briquetting presses are widely known for their efficiency and reliability,” says Ziemowit.

“The machine has been designed for customers who do not need to process a large amount of material but who nevertheless demand a high-quality briquette for either commercial purposes or their own personal use. A wide range of accessories is also available to customise the machine to every client’s individual needs.

“The material to be pressed is loaded into the mini silo. It is fed into the press by a cone-shaped auger, which introduces the material directly into the mechanical compacting chamber. A piston then presses the material through the extruder, which is held tight by the piston clamp. Thanks to the friction generated by the pressure of the piston clamp, the material undergoes final compression, producing the briquette.”
