The edgebanders of the Flexa range are proving to be well accepted on the market, due to a vast variety of options: from the entry level Flexa 17, a very versatile edgebander with a full 2mm PVC capacity, including pre-milling and corner rounding, at a very competitive price, to the top of the range Flexa 607, an industrial machine equipped to accept and control more than 60 separate working programs and to apply both PVA and PU glues with rapid change over times.
With 2mm PVC application becoming an industry standard and quality of corner rounding being critical, the Flexa 607 is equipped with four independent motors, to provide a consistently high quality finish. The Flexa 607, with both straight and and adjustable angled top and bottom trim units, double edge scrapers, spray mist devices and top and bottom buffing units, can be specified and manufactured to meet the most discerning customer’s requirements.
