To build or repair furniture, you need white glue. For a pinpoint application and the right dosing, carpenters/cabinet makers will find at Ostermann not only a wide range of glues, but also glue applicators for a variety of uses.

Inventive tools for a pinpoint application
For small-scale applications, there are glue bottles with a pointed nozzle that can be flexibly shortened. A variety of additionally available pointed, wide and dowel nozzles can be used for particularly precise applications. To store the bench glue, Ostermann suggests using the Pfohl GluePort.
It offers a proper place for the glue bottle and keeps the glue from drying out. The climate container of the GluePort is filled with 150 ml of water and conveys humidity to the glue tip via a foam inlay. Even slightly dried-out tips will open up again after some time in the port.

Large-scale applications – economical and easy
The glue applicator from Pfohl has proven a useful asset for larger surfaces. The sturdy hand tool has an integrated glue container from which the liquid glue is applied to the workpiece via an exchangeable roller. The tool is supplied with a stand and a rubber roller, and available in different widths. If you want to apply the glue to uneven or highly absorbent surfaces, it is best to use the Pfohl glue spreader. It has two differently serrated sides and an integrated glue container. Pfohl’s Leimfix is made for an even, edge-defining application of glue onto wooden surfaces with widths of up to 140 mm. To do so, the workpiece is pushed over the upper application roller of the box.

Keep the best for last
To make it easier to fill glue from a bucket into the different applicators, use the Easy-Pump glue pump. The hand pump facilitates a clean and easy extraction or transfer of glues and lacquers. You can operate the pump manually via the crank handle, or you can use an electric screwdriver. The spouts can be shortened individually.
