Interzum is the leading international event for the furniture and interior construction industries’ suppliers and it is where the trends and visions that will create future living spaces come to life.

Running from Tuesday 5th May until Friday 8th May, from 9am-6pm, Interzum is an unmissable event on the calendar. Nowhere else on earth can the volume and quality of products and services be found which are so vitally important to design-led furniture businesses, than these four days in May.

One of the features of this event is the highly international character of the exhibitors – it sounds rather obvious, but the sheer variety of company ranges from high volume, low price suppliers to the world’s most exquisite – and expensive – products ever to adorn furniture or interiors. Plus, the fair not only connects the local markets, but it also drives internationalisation in the areas of furniture production and interior fittings.

Interzum is also key source of inspiration for product developers, designers, and architects. Its comprehensive supporting program, complete with the bestowing of the renowned Interzum awards, offers endless inspiration.

As per the 2013 event, the three sections of the show remain unchanged: Materials & Nature, Function & Components, Textile & Machinery.

In Materials & Nature, surfacing materials dominate with wood, veneer, parquet flooring, interior works, decorative surfaces, decor papers, laminates, wood-based panels, laminated plastic, mineral materials, edges, surface treatments, adhesives and various equipment too.

In Function & Components, lamps and lighting systems, semi-finished products for cabinet, kitchen, office and modular furniture, fittings, locks, built-in parts can be found.

In Textile & Machinery, machinery for upholstery and bedding, upholstery materials, upholstery accessories, cover fabrics and leather are located.
