PWS is delighted that Second Nature retailer, Roma Interiors of Ashford, has scooped the prestigious KBB Customer Service of the year Award. The KBSA-sponsored award is a true reflection of high standards of customer service, as it is based on the findings of KBB Review magazine’s monthly mystery shopper visits. Out of the dozens of showrooms visited, the mystery shopper selects a shortlist of favourites and an overall winner for the Kitchen Customer Service of the Year Award.
