W16 will provide the perfect opportunity for TM Machinery Sales to demonstrate to visitors the latest developments in panel processing machinery from industry leaders Striebig and Viet on stand B610

TM Machinery’s sales director Matt Pearce says: “For us, W16 will allow both new and existing customers to see exactly what Striebig vertical panel saws and Viet wide belt sanders are capable of.”

Among examples from Striebig’s five machine series to be shown will be an entry-level Compact, a Standard and a fully-automatic Control.

The entry-level Compact series, with a cutting range from 3100 x1644 to 5350 x 2220mm includes an automated cut cycle version, the Compact AV, to make them even more productive.

The popular Standard TRK2 series – tried and tested over decades – comes in cutting sizes 3300 x 1680 to 5300 x 2240mm. The series can truly be said to have set the standard in the universal class for vertical panel saws for many years, with its flexibility and range of options making it the ideal saw for companies of all sizes.

Representing the ultimate in automated vertical panel saw technology is the Striebig Control, a true cutting centre. The unique ‘touch and saw’ machine operation, operated via an easy-to-use touch screen, raises the efficiency of the Control to new and unrivalled levels.

All five Striebig series machines are available in nine cutting sizes with an extensive selection of options to improve their effectiveness still further. Machines can also be built in special sizes and fitted with specialist equipment to suit individual requirements. They are suitable for cutting practically all sheet materials, including MDF, plasterboard, plastics and aluminium panels and offer impressive dust limit values well below 1mg/m3.

Representing the high performance and economical Viet artisan range of wide belt sanders will be the entry-level S211 and the S1 213, heavy duty twin-head sander with a large choice of sanding and finishing elements.

Details will also be provided of the specialist services provided by TM Service & Spares, whose field engineers are amongst the most experienced in the UK and who can repair and maintain most types of woodworking machinery.

Matt Pearce adds: “It will be our job at W16 to educate visitors on the constant drive towards automation and to provide all the information they need so that they can make an informed decision before ordering a new piece of kit.”
