It’s already time to book your 2020 stand for the W Exhibition & Elements!

Think it’s too early to book your stand at the W Exhibition or Elements 2020? With half the space already booked, there’s never been a better time to reserve your stand at the UK’s only woodworking machinery and materials show, the W Exhibition and dedicated furniture components show, Elements.

The 2018 event was held in halls 6, 7, and 8 whereas the 2020 event will take place in halls 18, 19 and 20 of Birmingham’s NEC from the 27-30th September – and it’s set to occupy 24,000 sq m making it some 20% larger than the 2018 event! But already, some 50% of the floor space has already been sold – so don't delay for the prime locations – there is still chance to sign up and present your products to the UK’s furniture design and manufacturing markets.

Need a stronger incentive to book your stand? For 2020, there will be a new show format. Elements – dedicated to décors and edgings, surface trends, KBB components, hardware and materials – will have its very own exhibition hall and dedicated entrance. Co-located with its sister show, the W Exhibition, the pair provide the ideal platform to present your products and prototypes to over 9200 industry professionals.

Keen to hear from the visitors themselves before confirming your stand? For open and honest opinions on the four-day event, why not check out independent show reviews, browse comments on social media and read 2018’s visitor feedback?

Then you can make your booking in confidence, knowing that there is no better place to show machines or components in the UK. But we quick – once it’s gone, it’s gone!

The W Exhibition and Elements event director, Lisa Campagnola (pictured above) adds: “We can already confirm that 50% of 2018’s exhibitors have re-booked their stands for 2020 as we continue to build on the show’s solid reputation in the industry.” Lisa adds, “The W Exhibition and Elements are the only events in the UK dedicated to the furniture design and manufacturing industry.

"Increased demand has seen us grow both shows for 2020 and with visitor numbers climbing year-on-year, the future of the two exhibitions has never looked stronger. We’ve had a surge of enquires from new companies looking to take advantage of the increased hall space and we urge potential exhibitors to get in touch to see how exhibiting could benefit their business.”
