In keeping with its strategy of greater market diversification, leading supplier of CNC machining solutions AAG will be showing an example of the latest AXYZ Innovator routing/cutting system at Interplas 2021 being held at the NEC, Birmingham 28-30th September.
On stand H31 in hall 4, one of the two different-sized models of the AXYZ Innovator will be shown. Significantly, this latest smaller-format system incorporates design features and provides levels of performance normally found on much larger and commensurately more expensive machines but in a smaller footprint to enable installation in work environments where space is at a premium.
The high performance to cost capability is further enhanced by an optional three-station ATC (Automatic Tool Change) system that is said to be a first for this class of CNC routing/cutting system. Other optional key design features include the AXYZ AVS (AXYZ Vision System) for optimum routing/cutting accuracy and special cooling/lubricating and dust collection systems for improved machine performance and reliability.
The AXYZ Innovator is supplied as standard with the latest AXYZ helical rack and pinion drive system with integrated servomotors and the latest A2MC control system for faster and smoother operation.
