The two-week WOOD TAIWAN DigitalGo 2022 came to an end on May 12th, with more than 4,000 visitors coming from 26 countries around the globe making their appearances remotely at the debut online event.

According to the organiser, among a slate of online activities launched, Sourcing Taiwan was especially lauded as the best service. With massive business meetings between buyers and suppliers, attendees appreciated that they were able to establish potential business contacts even during the pandemic. More than 100 meetings were conducted with major buyers from India, Vietnam, Malaysia, Poland, and Thailand.

One of the other most popular online activities was the WOODiscover Factory Tour, where exhibitors were able to interact directly with viewers in real time.

Aside from this, the online exhibition, market webinar series, Manufacturers Win podcast, and WOOD Insight all gave audiences insights on growing trends of the global woodworking machinery industry as a whole.
