SHM Stegherr | Hall 27 stand D 59

SHM Stegherr will be showing the well-known KSF2E linear processing machine which can be supplied with cutting units for closed halving joints, end scribing, angle sawing and drilling for glazing bars and beads.

Over the last few years SHM Stegherr have designed, built, and installed several special machines for processing wood, aluminium, and plastic profiled bars.

MB Maschinenbau | Hall 17, Stand A46

The Ligna show fast approaching our colleagues over at MB Maschinenbau are working hard to with production and final plans for Ligna 2023. MB are based in Herford in northern Germany, with Hanover only just over an hour’s drive away this is very much a home show for the team and chance to show a good range of machines.

MB will have all the following machines on demonstration:

  • MB Roba Tech 1300 – Perfect top sanding for cabinet doors and panelled entrance doors
  • MB Split Belt – Technical solution for difficult lacquer sanding applications
  • MB Strukumat 1300 – Textured grain structuring machine applying an Antique Optic affect

Profile Mouldings Sanding

  • MB Roba Belt – High speed profile sander for 10 to 100mm/min
  • MB Roba Fentech – Profile sanding with automatic setting from laser scanning for multiple profiles

Cleaning machine

  • MB Anti Dust – Top and bottom cleaning of parts before painting ideal for eliminating dust being trapped under paint or lacquer coats.

Special machinery

  • MB Roba Fusion – Double sided profiling machine for cabinet doors with automatic setting for width and including return system
  • MB REP – Partner machine for the Fusion with double sided edge sanding for cabinet doors

UTIS AMF | Hall 13 Stand C01

UTIS AMF of Fegersheim will be exhibiting one of each of their range of heavy-duty classical machines. One machine of particular interest is the R1050 thickness planer with a width capacity of 1050mm!

This machine was originally developed for wine barrel making but has found a ready market in the UK hardwood processing industry.

The range of Utis thicknessers include 500, 600, 700, and 800mm width capacity machines and are constructed using cast iron casting for the body and table.

Also, on the stand will be two CSN Spindle moulders in diffident specifications, three axis programable and three axis digital machines. This range of spindles include both fixed and tilting spindle with a wide range of options.

Utis will also exhibit their 500mm wide surface planer named D52 which again was a demand of the wine barrel industry. The range also includes a 400mm wide surface planer with 2800mm long tables.

2023 looks like a great year for John Penny Woodworking Machinery with so many new and exciding developments from our European suppliers and we look forward to meeting you in Hanover.
