Daval Furniture, designer and manufacturer of British-made fitted furniture, has once again ben recognised by a collection of industry-leading awards bodies on account of its product offer, family values and MTO manufacturing synonymous with both brand and business.
Taking notice of its design and project management services, the KBB Focus Awards & Celebration 2023 recently announced this year’s shortlist and Daval is proud to be named a finalist for ‘Installed Project of the Year’. As selected by a distinguished judging panel, Daval clearly outlined the project brief, how it was met, the inspiration behind the design, and which products and materials were specified for one of its contemporary kitchen designs, made-to-order for a newly renovated family home in West Yorkshire. Award winners will be announced on 30th November 2023, at The Brewery in London, and will mark another year of retail, design, and manufacturing excellence.
Closer to home, Daval is also in the running for the Yorkshire Business of the Year Awards 2024. Previously known as the Yorkshire Business Masters, these annual awards celebrate and honour the best businesses across the region and have become a red letter on the company’s annual business calendar. In line with a rigorous judging procedure, the judges visit all entrants where they get to meet the team and see business operations to create their shortlist. Daval received its visit on 10th October 2023, and was evaluated in two entry categories: 1. Family Business, and 2. Innovation.
If shortlisted, the company will then be invited to give a presentation to the judging panel which will announce the winners at the Queen’s Hotel in Leeds on Thursday 29 February 2024.

Daval Furniture was also in contention for ‘Best Complete Kitchen Brand’ following its nomination at the BKU Awards 2023, which is voted by its peers. To be recognised by brands, businesses and industry professionals year on year is testament to the company’s continued level of investment and is a key indicator of the growing retail acceptance it achieves in the UK marketplace.
