The corporate tournaments of Scm Group concluded with a bang on July 30th at the Villa-Ge Center in Villa Verucchio. This year, the tournaments were dedicated to the Group's colleague, Alberto Fiorani.
The initiative saw significant participation, and regardless of who took the top spots on the podium, the true winners were team spirit and a sense of belonging to the Group.
In total, 350 participants registered for various disciplines including 5-a-side football, beach volleyball, and beach tennis. 35 teams competed in 133 matches, with a notable increase in female participation compared to previous editions of the Scm Group Summer Cup tournaments.
Match after match, as the competition intensified, participants never lost their sense of fair play or their desire to have fun together and build teams outside of the workplace.
Congratulations to the winning teams in all three disciplines, who were awarded by Scm Group CEO Marco Mancini and by Wood Division Director, Pietro Gheller. The company expressed its gratitude to everyone with a medal for their commitment and the spirit with which they approached every match.
