There are just under four months to go before the opening of the 17th edition of SICAM – the International Exhibition of Components, Accessories and Semi-finished Products for the Furniture Industry, to be held at Pordenone Fiere from October 20th to 23rd.
Registrations are already showing strong interest from industry professionals, with just under 700 exhibitors, more than 30 percent from abroad, 20,000 net square meters of exhibition space, and strong attendance from over one hundred countries. These figures reflect the well-established scenario in which SICAM has been operating for several editions now.
Despite a still complex context, the recently concluded Milan Design Week revealed a climate of widespread optimism: the furniture industry came together with energy and a strong desire to look ahead, confirming positive expectations for the future. Not surprisingly, many of the ideas that emerged at the last edition of SICAM could be seen again in the new products presented in Milan. An atmosphere that will accompany the sector towards the next appointment in Pordenone, an opportunity to meet again.
