CNC routers supplied by AXYZ International now have the option of a wide choice of machine upgrades to further enhance the performance capabilities.
Arguably the most important of these is the AXYZ Auto Zone Management facility that ensures the material being processed is always held securely throughout the routing/cutting process to deliver optimum accuracy and a superior cut finish under all machining conditions.
In addition to greatly enhancing material hold-down efficiency, the facility eliminates material wastage and reduces machine downtime caused by incorrectly-set vacuum valves.
The AXYZ Auto Zone Management facility supplements, and now supports, other performance-enhancing machine upgrades introduced by AXYZ. These include the latest A2MC machine control system that reduces bounce and vibration caused by sudden acceleration or deceleration frequently experienced with other control systems.
The AVS (AXYZ Vision System) greatly increases the quality and precision of cut. It is integrated with the A2MC system and is compatible with all of the cutting tools used on AXYZ routers, including oscillating, tangential and drag knife cutters, to enable a much wider range of materials to be processed.
A further optional machine upgrade is the latest helical rack-and-pinion drive system that greatly reduces machine wear via the system’s multiple gear teeth configuration.
This ensures a more even distribution of the workload, resulting in increased feed rates, greater accuracy of cut, quieter machine operation and ultimately a longer than normal machine life.
At the same time, the online AXYZ CNC Routershop division has been expanded with the addition of a vast range routing, engraving and cutting tools, sourced from leading brands in both the UK and continental Europe.
As a result, tooling and accessory requirements can be met 24 hours a day not only for AXYZ and Pacer routers (the two primary brands in the AXYZ International portfolio) but also for virtually any other make of machine regardless of type or country of origin.
