The latest trade catalogue from Hill’s Panel Products (HPP) is dropping through customers’ letterboxes, accompanied by the firm’s first-ever Pocket Guide.
This is the fourth edition of HPP’s popular catalogue, and while it includes information about all 7,000-plus products it sells, the new 64-page Pocket Guide focuses on some of the items not always associated with the Oldham-based KBB manufacturer and supplier.
These include sinks and taps, lighting and the many complementary products, such as Soudal’s multi-purpose sealants and adhesives range – all reinforcing HPP’s reputation as a one-stop shop for the fitted furniture industry.
However, the Pocket Guide isn’t the only new concept. The trade catalogue is integrating print and digital by using QR codes to take customers to the very latest online information about ranges and décors most likely to evolve because of rapidly changing trends.
The catalogue and Pocket Guide are being mailed out together to HPP’s nationwide database of customers, complete with details of special offers on selected lines.
Further copies are now available to order online or to view and download digital versions, as well as collect from the firm’s Oldham trade counter.
“The new catalogue is 400 pages with large sections on the products we are well known for – our own board, door and handle ranges, Blum fittings, EGGER and Kronospan, for instance,” explains Marketing and Business Development Director, Dan Mounsey.
“But instead of having extensive grids listing all the different alternatives for these products, we’re giving an overview and then encouraging customers to use the QR code to go to our website, where all the information and prices will be up to date. It demonstrates that we can supply complementary products at competitive prices, so customers can buy them from us without having to go to other retailers and suppliers.”
At 400 pages, the handy A5-sized catalogue is slightly smaller in pagination due to the digital integration but still contains all the products and services available from HPP, from its big brand trading partners to its own brand Avanti stock doors – including the new Avanti Fresh and Avanti Choice ranges – Aspects PVC-edged doors, Glide and Glide Frameless sliding doors.
Other new additions include eight Namuri and four Linear options added to HPP’s own Aspire made-to-measure, vinyl-wrapped doors range, and the latest Kronospan Trend Collection, which features unique, repeat-free patterns across a whole board of oak décors, synchronised embossing and matching tops and fronts.
