Integration with external software such as Cabinet Vision means lists can be imported directly, while an optional printer provides part labelling for enhanced traceability.
Flexibility is another major strength. In stop mode, the system acts as a highly accurate material positioning guide for manual cutting. Switching to pusher mode, it automatically advances stock through programmed sequences, removing repetitive tasks and reducing operator error. With speeds adjustable up to 30 m/min, the SuperStop ensures fast, fluid operation even in demanding environments.
Behind the technology lies typical Salvador build quality. A reinforced painted steel structure and heavy-duty aluminium positioning plate deliver strength and stability, while a carriage running on recirculating ball bearings guarantees smooth movement with minimal maintenance.
